purchaser pays in addition to ticket price:
Blaisdell Box Office: $ 1.00 per ticket
Ticketmaster Outlets: $ 2.00 - $ 4.50
Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone: $ 2.50 - $ 4.75*
Ticketmaster Internet Sales: $ 2.50 - $ 4.75*
*For Ticketmaster Phone or Internet sales, add a $ 2.50 processing fee per order.
